Wahidul Enam is a UK-qualified Barrister (Lincoln’s Inn) and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh who has successfully transitioned into a high-impact career in project management. A certified PMP® and ITIL® professional with 10+ years’ experience, he leads complex, multi-stakeholder programs across government, donor-funded, and technology-driven environments—building momentum, reducing risk, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Blending legal rigor with agile leadership, Wahidul is known for orchestrating cross-functional teams, aligning senior stakeholders, and navigating regulatory frameworks with precision. As Project Manager for a USAID-funded $2.5M software modernization program for the Government of Bangladesh’s business registration system, he led a 25-member team (analysis, engineering, UI/UX, QA) to deliver a faster, more transparent, and citizen-centric service that significantly improved government service delivery.
Today, Wahidul partners with organizations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar to drive national programs, public-sector reforms, and large-scale digital transformation—while equipping internal teams with the skills to sustain success.
